Canadian Tire has always been the go-to store for Canadians. From paint to power tools, bikes to barbecues, it’s the one place people can rely on to help prepare them for life in Canada.
The retailer was looking for a way to showcase their products in use within a relevant, real-world context, so we proposed they do something no other Canadian retailer had done before – buy a house.
Over a hundred online videos were filmed as the house was fixed up and improved for life in Canada. When the improvements were all done, the house was sold and all the profits were donated to Canadian Tire’s Jumpstart charity for kids.
